We just wrapped up a great few days at Accelerate, powered by NetVU.

Across dozens of conversations with agencies, MGAs, carriers, and partners, one thing became clear:

AI is top of mind, but most teams aren’t ready to get real value from it yet.

Not because they don’t understand AI. Because their data isn’t set up to support it.

The Pattern We Saw Over and Over

No matter the size of the agency or the systems they were using (AMS360, QQ Catalyst, Sagitta, AgencyZoom, HubSpot, Salesforce), the challenges were surprisingly consistent:
